When one is buying a laptop several factors should be considered. In my opinion I think the customer must ask himself the question “what do I need this computer or laptop for.” Screen size may be a priority if someone wants to watch videos, play games or just use the internet from time to time.
Weight
Check the weight of the computer or laptop as the lighter the laptop, the easier it is to move around. The heavier the laptop the less expensive they are as people do not want a heavy laptop. People want to be able to transport it easily. Features can also add weight to the laptop and be more expensive such as a powerful graphics card or a large screen.
Warranty
Check the warranty and how long it is valid for incase it gets damaged
Memory Ram (RAM)
It is worth paying extra money for Random Access Memory (RAM) as this will determine the speed of the machine, as the more ram we have on our computers the faster it will perform. Extra memory can be bought very cheaply in shops.
Do not choose unknown brand names for the sake of saving money as this may not get you quality for money. Most unknown companies have a lack of spare parts, ineffective warranties and unstable set-ups.
